A Yelllow-vented bulbul (Pycnonotus goiavier) the size of an adult’s thumb frantically moved its wings in a futile attempt to fly. Both its feet were stuck on a branch in a bush somewhere in the Konak conservation forest, Jalan Lintas (free way) Taba Penanjung, Kepahiang Regency, Bengkulu.
