SPEAKING by phone, West Nusa Tenggara Police Chief, Insp. Gen. Muhammad Iqbal, joked with Comr. Gen. Listyo Sigit Prabowo. On that day, Monday, January 11, news had spread that President Joko Widodo had selected Sigit as the lone candidate to become the new National Police chief. “Yes, Mister National Police Chief. Ia am ready for your orders,” said Iqbal.
