The National Ombudsman Commission is being sued on charges of interfering with the process of a court. The court, however, finds it unwarranted.

Only six months old, the National Ombudsman Commission, charged with keeping an eye on the degenerating workings of the courts, has itself been put on trial. The preliminary hearing of a case concerning a lawsuit filed by Christofel Butarbutar on behalf of three clients, including Heroe Tjahjono, and the Court of First Instance in South Jakarta will commence in the near future.
