Twice Stumbled by a Land Dispute Case

FROM behind bars in mid-Februari, Iin received a letter from West Java Regional Police Special Crime Investigation Directorate naming him as suspect. Iin, a resident of Cibinong, Bogor Regency, West Java, is accused of violating Article 45 paragraph 3 of the Electronic Information and Transactions (ITE) Law for spreading fake news on the Internet. “This is my second indictment,” said Iin when Tempo met him on Tuesday, June 22.
