Severed Finger of a Malaysian Courier

Several drug inmates detained and tortured a Malaysian national at the Sekayu Prison in South Sumatra, for nine days. An inmate from the Nusakambangan Prison is involved.
OVER a dozen investigators gathered around a wooden table in the office of Brig. Gen. Krisno Halomoan Siregar, National Police Director for Narcotics, in mid-May 2021. They looked dejected because they had been unable to locate Ahmad Fikri alias Tam, 34, a Malaysian national. “This is a major case because the perpetrator is a drug dealer who cut off the victim’s finger,” said Brig. Gen. Krisno on Wednesday, March 30.
