RUSTAM Effendi Hutagalung weeps in regret. The 47-year-old skipper of a trawler operating in the waters of Baa island off the cost of Bengkulu has been sentenced to one and a half years in prison. The Bengkulu district court, presided over by Judge Andi Budiman, found Ridwan guilty of poaching.
