A REPORT dated June 20, 2022, from Hadi Prabowo, Rector of the Institute of Public Administration (IPDN), quickly found its way to the desk of Minister of Home Affairs Tito Karnavian. Hadi was reporting on their findings regarding a plan of his subordinates to invite preacher Khalid Basalamah to their campus in Jatinangor, Sumedang, West Java.
