SOMETHING fishy was first smelled in early March, coming from a customs notification letter for the entry of imported goods on behalf of Adiperkasa Ekabakti Industry’s Bonded Logistics Center (PLB). The directorate-general of customs’ special monitoring team for the directorate of enforcement and investigation at the finance ministry immediately made a move after receiving this information.
