Tommy says he was in Garut when Supreme Court justice Syafiuddin was murdered. He also claims his alibi is supported by two witnesses, Siswanto and Wiyono. But Siswanto's whereabouts are unknown and Wiyono is dead.

Tommy's circumstances are about to change. On Wednesday of this week, the case files on the murder of Supreme Court justice Syafiuddin Kartasasmita and illegal firearms possession are due to be handed over by the Jakarta Metropolitan Police to the Jakarta High Prosecutor's Office. After that, the prosecutorial authorities will bring Tommy before the Central Jakarta District Court. Tommy may also be moved from his holding cell in Jakarta Police
