A NEW modus operandi by producers of child pornography content was uncovered after the Soekarno-Hatta Airport Police in Tangerang, Banten, exposed a syndicate run by Handiki Setiawan in September 2023. Handiki’s network went looking for victims in online gaming kiosks.
