The lawsuit involving the automobile company, Indomobil, has brought a new ramification to bear, affecting a decision announced last August by the Business Competition Supervisory Commission (KPPU), an antimonopoly agency. The KPPU decision penalizing PT Holdiko Perkasa for irregularities in selling Rp625 billion worth of shares of the car factory, has now been overturned by the South Jakarta District Court, which declared the decision illegal.
