The Cash-Flow of Misused Bulog Funds

The first Rp20 billion in funds was issued in the form of two Rp10 billion checks on March 2, 1999. Under orders from the then president B.J. Habibie, and Bulog chief, Rahardi Ramelan, Bulog Finance Deputy, Achmad Ruskandar delivered the two checks to Akbar Tandjung. Akbar then distributed the two checks to Fadel Muhammad and Muhammad S. Hidayat. Fadel Muhammad denies having received any such check.
