On May 7, the Central Jakarta District Court handed down the death penalty to Taufik Abdul Halim, also known as Dany. The judicial panel chaired by Panusunan Harahap pronounced the Malaysian national guilty of bombing the Atrium Plaza in Senen, Jakarta in August 2001.
