When Indonesia's McDonald's franchise owner, Bambang Nuryatno Rachmadi, arrived at the Jakarta Police Headquarters on July 8, his blue shirt and trousers, Hard Rock Café baseball cap and dark glasses made him look more like a tourist than a businessman.
