WITHOUT much fanfare, representatives of both the Egyptian and Australian governments have in turn come to Jakarta. Both headed for the Office of the Minister of Justice & Human Rights, Yusril Ihza Mahendra. Their mission too, was the same: to persuade Indonesia to hand over a detainee into their hands. Currently held in an immigration quarantine cell, in Kalideres, West Jakarta, the convict now being fought over is Mootaz Attia Mohammad
