LAST week, following two years of deliberations, the House of Representatives (DPR) ratified the long awaited Advocacy Bill during a plenary house session. Ratification of the bill culminated long-winded deliberations over key provisions within the bill. However, the final verdict was unanimous—no final vote was required.
