For the second time in a month, Mayor Kansil is facing a lawsuit. This time, he's accused of conspiring to misappropriate land.

LOCATED across from North Sulawesi's Bitung Port, Sarena Besar Island is hardly visible on the map. Spanning just 4 hectares, Sarena Besar is one of six islands situated within the Lembeh Strait.
