TWO weeks ago, Indonesia's Information & Communication Technology (ICT) Watch announced that Internet fraud is now being carried out through chat rooms. According to ICT Watch, Internet frauds operate through chat rooms, posing as bona fide dealers and offering cheap goods to unsuspecting victims. However, after receiving money from their victims, they don't send the promised goods.
