THE future for the State Electricity Corporation (PLN) seems bright once again. Last Wednesday, dozens of PLN employees let out cheers as the Constitutional Court announced that it was annulling Law No. 20/2002 on Electrical Power. In nullifying the law, the court effectively returned full control of the nation's electrical power supply to PLN, preventing privatization of the sector.
