Last Tuesday, the Central Jakarta Commercial Court delivered its long awaited verdict over a bankruptcy lawsuit filed by investors against PT Adess Sumber Hidup Dinamika (Add Farm). The verdict was awaited by investors and profit distribution oriented business observers alike.
