In a breakthrough verdict, the South Jakarta District Court's Lalu Mariyun delivered a harsh sentence against former Bank Aspac president director Setiawan Haryono, last week. Mariyun ignored the prosecutor's recommended sentence of one year in prison, and sent Setiawan to five years in prison.
