Should the sky cave in, the law must still be upheld. This countrys legal practitioners quote this saying often. The implementation of it? Not so easy to say. With the wind of reformasi gusting through over the last five years, it is the law that has been the most difficult to straighten out. Justice is nowhere to be found. And corruption is allowed to run riot.
