The Central Jakarta District Court has rejected a lawsuit filed against capital market analyst, Lin Che Wei. Apparently, the plaintiffs capacity as a Lippo Bank commissioner had not been specified.

Lin Che Wei heaved a sigh of relief last Thursday as heheard the Central Jakarta District Courts verdictin the lawsuit filed against him. Che Wei wore a victorious smile as colleagues rushed to congratulate him immediately after the verdict had been read. Che Weis opponent, Lippo Bank commissioner Rudy T. Bachrie, was not among those congratulating him. Bachrie left the court room, obviously annoyed by the verdict.
