THE condition of theTayu Christian Hospital in Pati, Central Java is deteriorating rapidly. With assets worth over Rp10 billion, the hospital has been gradually rundown by a dispute between the Sekitar Muria Christian Health Foundation and a private church,who both claimownership and control over the hospital. The dispute has been made worse by conflicting Supreme Court decisions.
