DESPITE being shadowed by doubt, the Constitutional Court bill has finally been ratified. On August 13, President Megawati enacted the bill into Law No. 24/2003 on the Constitutional Court. Law No. 24 regulates the establishment of the Constitutional Court and the election of nominated judicial candidates before August 17, 2003.
