A Lack of Evidence?

Due to the prosecution providing insufficient physical evidence during the trial of Abu Bakar Baasyir, the presiding judicial panel was forced to rely on witness testimony as the grounds for their verdict. The trial commenced last April at the Central Jakarta District Court. August 26, Baasyir was sentenced to four years in prison. Forty-eight witnesses gave testimonyseveral from abroad by videolinksome favorable to Baasyir and others not.
