NORMALLY members of the public go to the police to file a complaint. But what happens, when in turn the police are sued by the public? The case then becomes rather complicated.
This is experienced by TEMPO who filed a complaint on the possible falsified or engineered confiscation letter, carried out by a member of the Jakarta City Police.
