AS head of the formulating team for the Bill on Religious Harmony, Ichtijanto was visibly irritated when TEMPO met him last Wednesday at the Department of Religious Affairs' Institute for Research & Development. The bill has triggered controversy and public debate and Ichtijanto expressed upset that the draft had been leaked to the public. "That is illegal," said Ichtijanto, explaining that the bill should have been strictly confidential.
