Silvester Djuma patiently read out the presiding judicial panel's summation to the bustling crowd of onlookers. The judicial panel of the court rejected Texmaco boss Marimutu Sinivasan's lawsuit.

Sinivasan filed the lawsuit six months ago against TEMPO on charges of defamation.
