LAST week, the House of Representatives (DPR) Working Committee issued the Natural Resource Water Bill after months of deliberation. "Indeed, the deliberation process was not smooth. Demonstrations were frequently held to protest the bill. However, we have finally succeeded in completing it," said committee chair, Erman Suparno.

The working committee plans to submit the bill to the DPR for approval during a plenary House session
