If it goes through, President Joko Widodo's reappointment of Arcandra Tahar as energy and mineral resources minister would make yet another controversial episode in the Indonesian cabinet's history. In 1966, President Sukarno made a controversial move when he appointed Lt. Col. Imam Syafii, who was known as the pickpocket king of Senen' as special state security affairs minister, but luckily his 100-Day Cabinet' was short-lived.
