Press Freedom

I would like to contribute to the subject of the freedom of the press that became a central theme on TPI’s Editorial on November 7. On the program that was moderated by TEMPO Editor in Chief Bambang Harymurti and featured Publisher of Republika newspaper Parni Hadi, Head of Antara National News Agency M. Sobari, and the presidential spokesman Wimar Witoelar, I wanted to comment on whether the press should take sides or remain neutral.
