Tjiandra Widjaja’s Clarification

Tempo’s July 8-14 issue reports on Manna Falling at Senayan regarding Hamka Yandhu’s statement to the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) that he gave Tjiandra Widjaja, through his staff, a travelers check of Rp500 million at the Hilton Hotel late in 2003. Tempo tried to contact Tjiandra by a cellphone but was not answered. Tempo did not try another way to obtain a confirmation.
