The service at the Hyatt Regency Hotel in Bandung is disappointing. We stayed at this five-star hotel from December 9–11, 2000. At that time we, along with a friend, were fasting. Because of this, we asked that our breakfast meal be replaced with sahur (a meal before dawn for Muslims when fasting). However, a hotel employee advised us to buy a "sahur package" at Rp425,00 per night.
