Will Justice (ever) Prevail?

In a Law article in TEMPO (December 18, 2000 edition), it was reported that the Minister of Industry & Trade, Luhut Panjaitan, had been charged by 18 of his subordinates. This made for an interesting news story, as it has never happened before. Perhaps this incident can be a new development in the field of law and government administration, or can otherwise be a sign that the Military is not quite suitable to lead civil administration.
