Bank Mandiri's board of directors has a discriminative attitude toward ex-Bank Exim employees in the voluntary retirement program (PPS) over the payment of retirement period preparation (MPP) money. We are former employees of Bank Exim who have gone through PPS in connection with the merger of Bank Exim into Bank Mandiri.
