The survey TEMPO conducted recently on the police force (January 15 edition) with respondents exclusively from attorneys, judges, lawyers and law professors revealed the fact that members of the police still do not abide by the Criminal Code Procedures (KUHAP).

Considering that KUHAP is the basis or guidelines that regulate and protect the rights of criminal suspects, we should be very concerned about the result of this survey.
