I would like to offer my opinion regarding a column in TEMPO's March 6 edition entitled Time Out.

Like other economic sectors, forestry must also be subject to regulations by IMF/CCI/World Bank, stating that Indonesia must soon make a "National Forestry Program" (PKN). Accordingly, Presidential Decree No.80/2000 was issued in June 2000, with 15 ministries headed by the coordinating minister for the economy, with the forestry minister as deputy.
