Don't Charge Divers on Airplanes with Overweight
I am a diver. My sport is deep sea diving. I envy the way national airlines treat those whose sport is surfing or golf. Some time ago, when I was diving in Bali, the official at the airport tacked on overweight charges to my diving equipment because it was more than the maximum 20 kilograms. Meanwhile golf and surfing equipment are not charged if they exceed the limit. When asked why the difference of treatment, they can only answer, "It is the management's policy, Sir!"
