Disappointed by UOB Credit Card

I AM a holder of the UOB Platinum credit card numbered 4219 2020 0079 xxxx. On November 1, 2015, UOB attempted to contact me, but I failed to answer the call. I knew that there was a suspicious transaction when I was about to close the card on November 4. Had I not contacted UOB, I would never have realized that the card has been misused, despite being secured by means of 3D-secure and authorization code via mobile phone.
