Refund from Batik Air
IT all started on October 21, when I purchased a business class ticket from Batik Air for a flight from CGK to BTH on October 24 at 16:35pm. On October 23, at 10pm, I received a text message from Batik Air saying that my flight was changed to 09:30pm with no explanation.
Since the change was in conflict with my schedule, I contacted Batik Air to reschedule my flight. Batik Air told me there was only one flight on October 2
