Pro XL Hassles

My mobile phone was stolen at Mal Manggadua, Jakarta. When I reported the incident to the Pro XL office to block my SIM Card, the process was difficult and very disappointing. Pro XL was not helpful at all, the customer service office even told me to show them my mobile phone. How could I possibly show it if it had been stolen?

The incident was already reported to the police, but the declaration from the police was not required for the blocking.
