BUMD's Poor Services
The Ombudsman of the Republic of Indonesia has asserted that the country's public services have yet to reach its optimum level, as indicated by the increasing number of public complaints. In 2016, the Ombudsman received 9,069 reports, higher than the previous year's 6,895 reports. Most of these reports were complaints on regional government-owned enterprises' (BUMD) poor services.
