A Limit to Wealth

The listing of the state officials' wealth has made me wonder if in these dire times there should be a limit to someone's wealth. Therefore, anyone whose wealth exceeds the prescribed limit has to voluntarily donate some of their wealth to the country, for a certain period of time.
