IS it unlawful for hospitals rejecting Covid-19 patients? Article 32 paragraph 2 of Law No. 36/2009 on health prohibits hospitals from rejecting patients in emergency condition.

The emergency condition is stipulated in Article 1 paragraph 2 of Law No. 44/2009 on hospitals, as “a clinical condition of patients requiring immediate medical treatment to save lives and prevent any further impairment.”
