Don’t Crow Too Soon

I found it very interesting to hear the commitment from the new Coordinating Minister for Economy, Rizal Ramli: to put Indonesia in an equal position to the IMF. Also the bluff aimed at Indonesia’s conglomerates also sounded very promising. However, I’d like to suggest the Minister not boast too much. We have heard this kind of rhetoric once too often and now the fate of 220 million Indonesians is at stake.
