Concerned about the Press

From what I see the freedom of the press today has been diverted by some of the mass media (printed or electronic). For example, the media have often openly shown the face of an alleged lawbreaker. As far as I know, their identities should remain secret (such as hiding the real name). Do such media no longer pay any attention to human rights and eastern culture?
