SOCIAL media is rife with news about the ruling of the Honorary Council of the Constitutional Court (MKMK) over a decision made by the Constitutional Court. When reading an Opinion piece in Tempo’s March 26, 2023, issue, I was shocked to learn that it was Guntur Hamzah who changed the phrase “thus” to “in the future” in the document of the Constitutional Court Number 103/PUU-XX/2022.
