ON September 5, 2023, I checked my BCA credit card bill. I have two credit cards, BCA Card and BCA Visa Platinum. I was dismayed to find a sum of Rp20,761.00 had been debited as a paid premium for BCA Life insurance, which I had never submitted for membership, let alone approved for it.
