As a consequence of their support of the “23 July 2001 Presidential Decree”, the National Awakening Party (PKB) has refused to recognize the outcome of the Special Session on July 23, 2001 which impeached Gus Dur and gave way to Megawati as the new president of Indonesia. If they then suspend their activities in the parliament, or refuse to actively take part and call for a political insubordination, this is politically sensible.
